In 1951, Mr. Fermin Sanz Colmenarejo established a fighting bull farm with cattle from Mr. Manuel Puente and Mr. Vicente Martinez. He added other cattle of his own, originating from Mrs. Isabel Rosa Gonzalez. The fighting bull farm began to be known as Hermanos Sanz Colmenarejo.
In 1977, the fighting bull farm was divided into 3 parts, one of which remained with the heirs of Mr. Juan Julian Sanz Colmenarejo: Mrs. Carmen Sanz and Mrs. Rosa Sanz.
In 2004, the fighting bull farm was divided again, leaving Mrs. Carmen Sanz as the sole owner. During 2007 and 2008, they acquired 2 sires from the Tierra Joven fighting bull farm.
