Flor de Jara Fighting Bull Farm

HIERRO & DIVISA

History

The Flor de Jara fighting bull farm was founded in 2008, following the acquisition of the Bucare fighting bull farm from the Buendia family. The Santa Coloma bulls traveled from Seville to Madrid to settle in the mountains and become the reference breeding farm for the Madrid region.

At the El Canto and the Zahuro estates, surrounded by the Sierra and the Santillana reservoir, the Flor de Jara bulls are raised in a unique setting, with abundant vegetation and granite, in estates with a livestock history of over 6 decades.
